Panda — frequently asked questions
What can Panda do that Skool can't?
A lot. Skool gives you a place to host your community; Panda gives you the systems to actually run it. You get a real CRM with engagement scores and sales pipelines, DM automations that change message by tier and level, scheduled posts with polls and GIFs, a financial dashboard with revenue forecasting, a referral leaderboard so you can see who's bringing people in, every affiliate link in one place, card-decline alerts with permanent history, studio-grade voice and screen recordings, a master calendar across all your communities, a 800+ city timezone converter, privacy modes for screen-sharing, and more powerful features — all in one side panel that never leaves your browser.
Is the Panda for Skool community free to join?
Yes! You get to join and stay in the community completely for free for 7 days. After your trial, you can choose to upgrade to Premium for just $36/month. This gives you full, unlimited access to the Panda extension, plus weekly live coaching sessions, priority async support, and real-world systems to help you run your community. If you decide it's not for you, can cancel anyttime, no hard feelings! But I'm confident you'll love Panda and the value you'll get from the community :)
Is Panda just software, or do I get help if I get stuck?
You get real human support. Beyond the tool itself, Claudio personally responds inside the Panda for Skool community to questions, feature requests, and operational advice. You're joining an active group of community owners — not buying software in a vacuum.
Is my data secure and private?
Your CRM, pipelines, tags, notes and drafts stay on your device — never shared with external servers. Optional auto-backup goes to a folder you choose: Google Drive, iCloud, OneDrive, Dropbox, or any folder on your computer. Your data stays yours, period.
Does Panda work on Skool Hobby plan or only on Pro?
Both. Panda works on every Skool plan — Hobby, Pro, and beyond. It extends what Skool gives you regardless of which plan you're on.
How many communities can I use Panda with?
Unlimited. Whether you own one Skool community or admin a dozen, Panda works across all of them at the same time. Sync members from each, run separate automations per community, track financials per community — one side panel, every community.
How many videos, voice notes or screen recordings can I make?
Unlimited. Record voice notes, screen captures, or webcam bubbles as many times as you want — no monthly cap, no upload quota. Everything stays on your device until you choose to share it.
Can I use Panda on my phone or tablet?
Because Panda is a browser extension, it currently requires a desktop or laptop computer to run. However, you can leave your computer on at home, and Panda will handle the heavy lifting while you engage from your phone on the go!
Can I use Panda at the same time as other Skool extensions?
We highly recommend disabling any other Skool extensions that perform similar functions (like CRM or DM automation) before using Panda. Running them at the same time can cause conflicts and ruin your experience. You don't have to permanently delete them, but toggling them off in your extension settings ensures Panda runs smoothly.
Can I use Panda on multiple computers?
Yes, you can install Panda on as many browsers as you like, and auto-backup will keep your data in sync. Just keep in mind that Panda supports one active session at a time. To ensure your latest changes are backed up and transferred correctly, simply close Panda on your first device before opening it on the next.
Can I use Panda only with Google Chrome?
No. Panda runs on every Chromium-based browser — Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, Vivaldi, Opera, plus most others built on the same engine. Chrome is the only browser we officially support which will guarantee the best experience while using Panda, but in practice if your browser can install Chrome extensions, Panda will work on it.
